How does Gigaly work? We are here to connect you with local trusted Pros. You can get done whatever you have on your to-do list using Gigaly. Please make sure to send a project to a few Pros to get the best price and best advice on your project. Other Pros may also bid on your projects. We do not charge Pros per lead or take a percentage out of their service fees. This way you can get the best price and work with the highest rated Pros.
How do I get started? Just search for a service and choose one Pro. Then provide some information about your project and at the end select some more Pros to get the best pricing. Then post your project. The Pros will get back to you. You may also have other Pros bidding on your project. You will receive push notification and email updates on your project if you have opted in for those notifications.
How do I communicate with Pros? Once the Pro has accepted your project, you can get in touch with them using the in-app messaging. The in-app messaging is very thorough; you can send text messages, images and videos if necessary. If the Pro has opted in to provide their phone number. In that case, the phone number is listed on their profile, and you may also contact them by phone. We do not restrict our Users and Pros in terms of communication with one another. It is up to you and them to choose your way of communication.
What happens next? Please make sure that the Pro the necessary licenses and insurance policies to get your project done. Ask them explicitly to provide you with the paperwork and call the insurance company to make sure. The method of payment is at your and the Pro’s discretion. How to leave a review and a rating for the Pro? When the job is done, you can go ahead and close out the project. When closing out the project, you can leave a rating and a review for the Pro. Reviews will help us determine how the Pros are doing and will also help other users to make a more informed decision.
